June Patreon YCH option poll!

It was so much fun to see everyone being so creative, that I decided to open a form for more ideas!
If you have any ideas that you think would be fun for a Patreon YCH, feel free to throw them in as suggestion/inspiration! They'll help me understand what you're looking for in a YCH and help me come up with interesting scenes for the future!
