For the past couple weeks I've been working really hard on my new Threadcaster project. For those unfamiliar, Threadcaster is the young adult fantasy I published in 2017. Since then I've been adding to the world of the book through kids books, short stories, and now a prequel novel about Cat and Peter before they leave on their journey. Combing through my Threadcaster interior art files, I found this fun progression of one of the interior artworks from the Threadcaster second edition I put out last year. You can see where the idea started and how it ended with the final image which is the one actually in the book. Going through my old art psyches me up for the world. Soon I'll be making new Threadcaster art to go inside this prequel. I'm sure you'll all see some of that in future weeks!
