Heya! Lucile here with another Process Blog; this time for my OC Liza.
This time around, I wanted to create a composition that focused on the "Boob Curtain" aesthetic where a character's large breast protrude far enough from their torso that their shirt or article of clothing creates a drapery effect, or a curtain where it hangs from the space created from the volume of the breasts.
However, I wanted to draw one where the character would be pulling down their shirt as well as emphasizing the breasts with this type of pose.
This process was also trying a different style of coloring and honestly, I am quite contempt with this one, especially with how the stocking coloring looks like.
The hair leaves a little more than to be desired, but I'm on the fence on whether to make coloring more of a solid coloring style or a more feathered, brush stroke style.
Also during the process, I ended up removing some bits of linework as to make the drawing feel cleaner. This is something I have to look out for more in the future as to not be so rigid and strict with the linework and being prepared to change it during the creation process.
Although not shown here, Liza is indeed a Futanari, (a biological female with male genitalia). So I wanted to draw how I would shape the penis as it would go from flacid state, mild-erect state, to full-hard erection, (as well as drawing how semen would shoot out and remain afterwards).
I feel like I botched the flacid state as the penis wasn't as lined up with the other two states and the testicles seemingly not appearing.
I felt that I wanted to choose whether to include testicles or not, but I decided to do so just to get some practice drawing them.
Overall, I feel a bit more confident in my drawing and coloring style now, so it's mostly down to narrowing how consistent I want to make my style going forward.
Eyes are mostly still a subject I need to study as well as understanding how bounce light works, which is essentially light reflected from the environment onto the object / character.
That's pretty much the run-down of this process and I hope you liked the drawing~
