mail delivery issues affecting me right now

hello everyone! this post applies to those of you who live outside the UK and receive mail from me.

the royal mail is having some problems right now with what they're calling a cyber-attack which has halted all mail going outside the UK, which unfortunately heavily affects my custom cuties & cutie print tiers. I was hoping they'd have it resolved quickly but it's looking like they have no idea when it will be fixed. I'll go through what this means for us below:

those in the UK won't be affected by this. you should receive mail from me as normal

custom cuties - this month I've given you the option receive some digital art from me instead. I'll continue to offer this while these royal mail problems are ongoing, so be sure to reply to my message with what you'd like me to draw, and give me an email address to send it to! if you really want to receive a drawing in the mail instead then that's no problem, just know it'll be a while before it gets to you, and I'm really glad you like my little ink & marker drawings enough to wait.

cutie prints - this month's prints were already sent out before the royal mail stopped their service, so I can only hope they made it through the system fast enough. starting from next month all I can do is hold onto the prints until the mail services are up and running again - this might mean you receive a package a few months from now with multiple prints in it, rather than a single print each month. that's the worst case scenario, though, and there's still a chance it'll all be fixed before next month arrives.

I've been looking into alternative delivery methods but really it's only the royal mail that has any kind of reasonable delivery cost for small independent business boys sending small envelopes.

this patreon is basically my full time job and it sucks that something like this is completely out of my control. I can only hope those of you in the mail tiers stick around and don't mind waiting.
