I’d take a chance and just talk to a doctor. I struggle with Autism and depression so I can relate. Definitely don’t take chances with your mind my dude. I hope things work out for ya bud. Be safe and don’t forget to show yourself some self love.

2025-07-28 02:59:24 +0000 UTCHowdy Tex from TX, save voice as needed (take a cough drop, wuss...j/k) was listening to latest podcast (#163 i believe) you boys were talking about STO. i too used to play, i also bought the lifetime sub on sale years ago. haven't touched that game for probly 5 years, engineer/cruisers was also my jam, i used to be an officer in Proteus Fleet, if mike or anyone still plays, wouldn't mind loading back in and running around a little bit sometime. keep up the good work on the movies i understand quality takes time. on another note, when are we getting updated credits? i don't want to sound selfish but i have been looking forward to seeing my name in the list (guilty pleasure)...anyways if i don't see you later, good-afternoon, good-evening and goodnight

How does a person realize whether or not they need a professional to help with mental health? Life has been getting to me and it seems like I'm dealing with one frustration after another while losing the passion for the things I enjoyed. I'm worried either my mind is fubar or if this is normal. Either one is scary. I'm not sure if I need a professional or just some friends to vent to.
