Hi Tex. I have been working my way through Eisenhower's biography, and I am wondering about your thoughts on him. As the resident expert on the military industrial complex, what are your thoughts on his "New look" (we don't need a big military so long as we have an effective second strike capability for mutually assured destruction.) vs his end of career "beware the military industrial complex" speech you referenced in your marauder video. Is this a changed opinion on his part or the same opinion expressed differently. Eager to hear your thoughts sir.
