The last one was bad enough that if someone dropped acid and saw that, they'd tell their friends that they fell asleep. I love it.

2025-04-27 22:30:05 +0000 UTCWanna run a Mundanus game but hard to find copies of the Dark Heresy in physical form. Already had some characters I wanted to make just because of the set up in the manual. Want to have a mechanicus guy if for no other reason than to see him and Colm argue in some heated exchange only for it to sound like a pair of Modems screeching and buzzing back and forth. Wanted ti see how this would run with a ratling and an Ogryn thrown in for fun too. Obviously throwing in the guardsman, but instead of Krieg he’s from Armageddons Steel Legion, and maybe a Psyker but maybe a Null. The problem is finding the time and people who know the dark heresy system. Plenty of people know the classic D-20 system around here and plenty of people know the 40k tabletop hex system but none of them know the Dark Heresy system. You know where I can find the source books online for download?

The premise of the movie is after a great war all firearms are banned on pain of death. Humans go back to using melee weapons or their fists as a way of proving they are right by other means. One day a Samurai with out a sword from the east and a gunfighter without a gun from the west meet in a corrupt town. It suffers from load of style over substance and naming the film after a form of Japanese puppetry makes finding it online a pain in the ass. But it exists.
