A big bad pred has you (or someone else) in his swollen belly and they just won't digest away. As he groans and whimpers, he tries pressing down on the bulge, laying on it, pressing it to the wall, and reminding the prey that they're not getting out of there and may as well stop struggling. He's sure his stomach will win out eventually ... right?
