August Status Report- Charges, Pledge Levels, Plans

So Patreon is having major trouble with its payments this month. happened, it's happened to other people before, but it's annoying. A lot of my patrons have lost their subscription to me, out of nowhere. Some people are having to let their bank and credit card people know hey, this isn't fraud, it's patreon and I authorized it.

If you got unsubbed, I'm sorry. It sucks that it never just rains, but it pours. I'll be having some special content for patrons to make up for the inconveniences and I am going to look into ways I can set up parallel campaigns/alternate chip jars for yall. Stay tuned. I'd like to be flexible here and make things more convenient.

If your charge didn't go through, Patreon should try again in a few days.

I'll be emailing everyone who was a patron in July with a "hey, make sure you're still subbed" and a cute new relaxation trigger file will be included in the message.

I'll be reaching out to current patrons as well, to check in and share this info.

I'm back in the office, slowly, and doing okay. I'll be posting files and the backer folder, headline, etc. shortly today.

Meanwhile, even though this is frustrating, please be patient. This is my source of livelihood and I am legitimately worried people will find it too inconvenient to keep supporting the site.

But, head down, focus on the game, and the content.
