以下の手順に沿ってPatreonアカウントとDiscordアカウントの連携をお願いいたします。連携することで、支援プランに応じた限定チャンネルへ自動的にアクセスできるようになります。
※スマホアプリ版のpatreonからは設定が出来ません。webブラウザのpatreonから設定してください。
下にスクロールし、クイックリンクのDiscordに接続するをクリック
ポップアップが出るのでDiscordにログイン
連携が完了したら、クイックリンクのサーバーに参加するをクリック（ない場合はページを更新してください）
※Discordにログインするためのポップアップウィンドウが表示されない
これは通常、ポップアップ ウィンドウをブロックする広告ブロッカーまたはブラウザ拡張機能がある場合に発生します。DiscordをPatreonに接続するときは、これらの拡張機能を無効にしてください。

Patreonアカウントにログイン
左側のメニューから設定をクリックします
メニューバーから「その他」をクリックし、「接続中のアプリ」をクリックします。
Discord をクリックし、接続ボタン をクリックします
Discordにログインする際に使用するメールアドレスまたは電話番号とパスワードを入力し、ログインボタンをクリックします。
承認ボタンをクリックします
Discord と Patreon の連携が完了しました。必要に応じてページを更新してください。
【クリエイターの Discord サーバーへの参加】
DiscordとPatreonのアカウントを接続すると、参加資格のあるサーバーが設定ページに表示されます。 （表示されない場合はページを更新してください）
[サーバーに参加] ボタンをクリックしてロールを取得します。
【トラブルシューティング】
アカウント連携が完了すると、通常は数分～数時間以内に、支援プランに応じたロールがDiscordサーバー上で自動的に付与され、限定チャンネルが表示されるようになります。
もし連携後しばらく経ってもサーバーに参加できない、限定チャンネルが表示されない場合は、以下の点をご確認ください。
PatreonとDiscordのアカウントが正しく連携されているか。
認証したDiscordアカウントが正しいか。
うまくいかない場合は公式ヘルプのトラブルシューティングをご確認ください。

Please follow the steps below to link your Patreon and Discord accounts. By linking them, you will automatically gain access to exclusive channels based on your support tier.
※ Please note: This setup cannot be done through the Patreon mobile app. Please use the Patreon website on a web browser.
Linking via Creator's Page:
Navigate to the Membership tab on the creator's page.
Scroll down and click Connect to Discord under Quick Links.
A pop-up window will appear; log in to your Discord account.
Once the connection is complete, click Join Server under Quick Links (if you don't see it, please refresh the page).
※ If the pop-up window for Discord login doesn't appear:
This usually occurs when an ad blocker or browser extension is blocking pop-up windows. Please disable these extensions while connecting your Discord to Patreon.

【Alternative Connection Method】
Log in to your Patreon account.
Click on Settings from the left side menu.
Click on More and then Connected Apps from the menu bar.
Click on Discord and then click the Connect button.
Enter the email address or phone number you use to log in with Discord and your password and click the Login button.
Click the Authorize button.
You've successfully linked Discord to Patreon! You may need to refresh the page.
【Joining the Creator's Discord Server】
Once you've connected your Discord and Patreon accounts, any servers you're eligible to join will appear on the Discord Apps settings page. Click the Join server button to get your role.
【Troubleshooting】
After successfully linking your accounts, the appropriate role based on your support tier should automatically be assigned to you on the Discord server, usually within a few minutes to a few hours. This will grant you access to the exclusive channels.
If, after waiting for some time since linking, you still cannot join the server or see the exclusive channels, please check the following:
Are your Patreon and Discord accounts correctly linked? (Check under Settings > More > Connected Apps on Patreon).
Did you connect the correct Discord account?
