Biggest Life Hack Ever! How I... Survive - Things I've Learned Ep02

So for episode 02 of the Things I've Learned adventure... I wanted to give some context! Much needed context for looking over past projects and adventures!

There are actually 8.5 days in a week... Sometimes

In the last year I have been fortunate and healthy enough to put out over 100 videos and livestreams, get a captains license, and even start flight training. All of this while still having time with people IRL, and running an entire company with Ki&Ki!

And believe it or not, there is one thing that I hold VERY dear to my heart while I do all of this. And while it may not look like it... that's Sleep. 

Today we are taking a quick peek at how I get that extra day and a half (when it's needed) and sharing probably the best life hack I have ever found!

See, I'm a night owl and my brain doesn't like to shut down before midnight most nights. And as someone who gets up at 6am to be at work just before 9am - this is not always fun. What works for me is getting up and working out. I have set stretches that I do exery day before I put the kettle on. Some of these stretches are for physio. I then move to the floor stretches whilst the kettle is doing it's thing. After coffee it's weight time. For me, working out first thing in the morning gets me mostly awake - and stretched - for the day. I also tend to take an hour or two kip after work - just to recharge for the rest of the day.

For me short maps are the best 15-20 minutes after work , more then you are tried the rest of the day
