I'm more of a slow person to get up and running. I'll get up, turn on the pc, deal with the animals and do about half of my stretches. Then I'l put the kettle on, do the other half whilst it's boiling, Check internet stuff whilst drinking said coffee, then move onto the weight parts of my workout. Plus my physio is thrown in there too. All up, it's about 45 mins to an hour - depending on my back - it has some issues >_> I cannot leave the house until my workout is done. I'm also not a morning person, but this ensures I get up early. Off to the shops tomorow then to buy said notebook ^_^

Thanks Norm, I took this advice though with a twist. Your push ups example hit home. So instead of a notebook I put an item in my Outlook calendar to do the same. Take a break in my day and do some pushups. Just like with all my meetings, calls etc, now it's "blocked in". Thanks :)
