And it's one reason why I like slow burns so much even if this one might be arguably, a bit faster than usual (or is it?). Just like in real life, sometimes there's one thing that your crush does that makes your heart flutter; I'm just happy it worked in this instance!

Xiulan is usually so cool and smooth and collected, and there's an intimidation factor in that, in having a beautiful woman's focus solely on oneself. So I love that we get to see Xiulan absolutely losing her shit silently over Suyin!
