(UE4 & some Vroid) Making a prototype game - Jazz Bar #1!

I'm finally making a prototype game, starting with the block out phase. I know I'm skipping the previous phase which is the art design and script (I have a loose script), but my hand has been hurting LOL. So I've been letting it rest, by just thinking and trying stuff. So far it's working out, and I might have to draw stuff later on anyways, we'll see. For now, it's just placing objects and adjusting the size then I'll try the coding.

Well I might scrap this one and just make it a single room with just Kayr and Sera sitting at the bar, but part of me loves walking around a game so that's why I did this haha. I probably will stick to it though since I'm already blocking it out.

So for this head statue, I was trying to make a tiger, but it turned out to be a cute little bear (with horns hmmm) holding a sign, maybe it says the name of the bar? For now, I'm thinking of making a jazz bar. I'll be adding more stuff later on, since making complicated forms is too much at the moment haha.

The npcs will probably be generic so I don't have to model a lot of different people. Of course, Sera and Kayr will have their own custom models! And if there's any other important npcs then obviously I'll give some extra effort for it.

Those upside down cones are supposed to represent chandeliers haha. And the stage is where the instruments are of course!

I tried using Vroid to make Sera for fun, but it was too limited to my liking so I scrapped it. It's still a cute stylized anime 3d model program though! Free to use and you can even use it in your commercial projects! (Here the failed attempt at making Sera lmao.)

Oh yeah, this is a personal project and the cyberpunk platformer WIPs will come sooooon!

EDIT: Uploaded another picture of the cute little bear(?) because the first one was blurry. But I like the first one even if it's blurry!

EDIT 02: Will stick with a way smaller bar lmao, so less work, but this way I can focus on finishing it! Definitely will work on it after the current game I'm working on, admittedly, I'm doing the art, and wrote the story. Whew, it's a start in the game dev world!
