[IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT] Hiatus Information

Hi everyone! Hope you're all doing well c:!

Okay so I thought about this thoroughly and I've decided to take a hiatus next month, December 1st. So the hiatus would start after this month's patreon rewards along with the two MDWY chapters.

Why have I decided to take a hiatus?

Because I have a portfolio to do for an art program application I want to get into. I'd have about 3 months to finish and polish my art pieces so I don't think I can both do MDWY and 20 pieces of art alongside. I want to take this time to really focus on my portfolio.

Ideally, I'd not go to school and work on my own, but right now there isn't any certainty that I'm able to live off of my art so I'd like to increase the opportunities I can have in the art industry and make connections as well as improving my skills in a school setting. But also, it'd be a way to take jobs and sustain my life as I work on my personal projects, but rest assured. My priority is my own projects, so I'll still work on it despite being at school.

Of course, ultimately, I want to be an independent worker and I prefer to work on my own personal projects, but in order to do that, some of those require funding and skills which I am currently working on. And all of you help me tremendously with that, it gives me hope as well so I can never thank you all enough, thank you again!

As soon as I'm done with my portfolio and application, I'll be working on MDWY again, for maybe a month or two as I also want to start editing youtube videos. I'll be creating buffer episodes for MDWY as well. And I could work on the patreon rewards once again in March, but there will be no official MDWY updates on WEBTOON Canvas and Tapas.

Which leads me to the patreon rewards, I'll make some time to work on a side project as to not burn out with my portfolio, and I could maybe post it as my patreon rewards instead or I could pause all rewards for the months I'm on a hiatus which means patrons won't be charged each month during the hiatus.

I don't know if some of you wish to support me during my hiatus or not, so I could alternatively let my patreon run during the hiatus or have the first month paused so whoever wants to opt out during the time can, and you can come back when you wish to do so. After the first month, I'd let people support me monthly. There's also the option of pausing everything and the support can come from another source such as Ko-Fi. 

So yeah, I wanted to talk about it, because I don't want to make a decision without having first heard your opinions. I'll then be making a poll concerning the patreon rewards shorthly after this. 

I know I write a lot, but I felt like I had to go into more details so that my message would come across.
