Your description of how you felt during this movie sounds word for word like what my reaction was to The Godfather😆. Don't worry Nick, even for us cinephiles it does happen occasionally. There are some movies or shows that maybe on paper sound like things you might like, and then you watch it, and are just like 😐🫤........🥱😴. And hey you did better than I did with the godfather, because at least you stuck it out and made it through the whole movie 😁 I know I remind you of this periodically, but I'll mention it again because it always bears repeating.... Even your negative feedback still provides valuable information (at least for me 😉). To try not to be too hard on yourself when you have reactions like this.
