Hella late to this, but I agree I loved the storyline, cuz it reminded me of something I did with my 5 siblings growing up. So I’ve just grown to really love this bit, but I could understand where their POV is coming from

I never liked how they did the apartment thing, either

I agree with the fact that the switching apartments thing isn't something friends would do to each other. It's something siblings would do to each other, and lets face it, these six are more than friends. And it it was the guys doing it instead of the girls, yeah, just the fact that they were girls, there would be more emotion, but I think the audience would have the same reaction. I could be wrong, but I've always found it hilarious, just because it is exactly something someone would do to someone they are so close to. Just go to any family holiday where there are multiple grown siblings.

I kind of agree about the apartment switching. It feels like a storyline that hasn’t aged quite well and I wish the writers had thought of some other way to have them change apartments back. Also, how did three people, one of whom is pregnant and one of whom is Rachel, move all that furniture and all those knicknacks in just a few hours?
The wedding dress Rachel wears is actually the one she wore in the pilot, when she ran out on Barry. I think that’s such an awesome detail.

So Joshua’s dad in the show is actually Matthew Perry’s (Chandler’s) father in real life.
