This version is tolerable. I usually hate any and all remakes and most sequels. I will always say the animated film is better because that's what I grew up with, it's nostalgic, the story of that one is ingrained in me, and the characters manurisms are ingrained in me. I'm a bit sad with the live action one not having Jeffery. That was an oversight and is just one of many reasons I don't love this movie.
