So the past couple of days I have had multiple creators reach out to me and give me a warning that I shouldn't be showing you the full movie along with my reaction. I started out my channel not posting the movie and posting the videos in watch-along format, however I switched to showing the movie because I saw other creators do it and they informed me it was fine as long as their was a lot of narration over it. Which I think I have done in most of the reactions I have posted along with the full movie. But after talking with my family and the creators warning me, I think it's best for me to go forward posting my reactions in watch along format. I know some people will not enjoy this and will want to cancel their patreon subscription and that is totally fine! But after assessing the risks, I realized I can go to jail for years if a company were to find out about my videos showing the full movie and they wanted to take legal action against me. So for the videos that currently have the video included, I am going to keep the ones that are Disney/Pixar movies. But for all of the other movies, they will be deleted at the end of this month. Considering most of them are from Disney I think it shouldn't be too many videos deleted, but wanted to give some people extra time in case there are any they want to watch. I know the chances of a company finding my videos are small, but considering the consequences I felt this was the best time to do it!
Also, I would like to apologize for the inconsistency the past couple of months. Sometimes I post videos the same day I upload them, sometimes days apart. And I want to get more consistent, so I am hoping by the end of next week that patreon is 4 movies ahead of youtube. So 4-6 days early access!

So I get that you can’t put up full reactions on patreon anymore due to copyright, but are the youtube videos going to look the same as usually since usually there are a lot of skips and blurs and a text over it on there compared to here?

2022-05-23 15:49:15 +0000 UTChey nick I have an idea. Check out how others are viewing your movies on Patreon. As with Popcorn in Bed, Shan watches Movies or TBR Schmitt. They show the film, but without sound and not completely in the picture, but rather a bit more censored. Just have a look and then maybe you can do it that way and you won't have any problems.

But as long as there are slight changes for us to still watch along with you I'm sure most of us will understand. I knew it wouldn't be forever for the videos, but still good we got to see them at least. I will still watch your reaction cause that is what I signed up for and the video was just a bonus. As long as I can watch it with you synced up I don't think I will have an issue. 👍 I know this must be hard but you know people will still support you despite this.

If anyone wanted to watch the full movie without interruptions (which I feel majority will), they would just buy it or find it on any streaming service. But sure, send the guy to jail because he wanted to entertain people with reactions.
