It's been a while since one of these, sorry about that! Here's a new upload early for you guys! It's a capture of a 1997 promotional videotape for Seiko Matsuda's 29th original album, "My Story". Because it is a promotional videotape and was not sold to the public, it's a bit of a rare curiosity!
