October Update

Just wanted to let you guys know what's up for the month of October. Firstly, we have a new upload coming tomorrow for the 1st which will also be the premium $15 scan of the month: The opening and ending animations for the 1972 Magical Girl series "Chappy the Witch", just in time for Spooky Season!
Towards the middle of the month, we will be ramping up a lot of work on our end to scan as many of the pending films we've got in our archives, so hopefully we'll be able to get a nice, healthy backlog of stuff to share with you all. For now though, considering we have two active strikes on YouTube, we'd like to avoid putting anything out that's too risky, so please continue to bear with us as those strikes expire this and next month.
A little secret for y'all, we have acquired something extremely special. It's episode 3 of Sazae-san from 1969 on 16mm, which appears to have a unique opening animation that has never been rebroadcast after the show's initial airing. So, it's extremely rare and we can't wait to preserve it... when we can get to it. Hopefully, we can restore the color, as it looks pretty red faded from the preview images.
