a personal attention video featuring a perfect 20 minute sleep induction full of exquisite triggers like ear to ear humming, soft speaking and whispering, face and back massages, match striking and more - followed by another 40 minutes of pure massage sounds to drift to sleep to. I know some of you prefer not to be woken up by talking during massage sessions so I kept the last part as clean as possible for you. I hope you like the gorgeous medley of sounds I have in store for you!
I also shot this video in 60fps so please feel free to let me know if it is, indeed, a better relaxation experience than 4k. People are weirdly opinionated in either category.
the message of this video is close to my heart and if you have been neglecting self-care, you are part of the reason why! in a world that encourages us to neglect ourselves and expects us to run on empty, we sometimes need reminders that it's ok to put yourself first and treat yourself with the same kindness and gentleness you would treat a loved one. I hope my (subtle?) suggestions will stick with you and inspire you to take better care of yourself from now on. you can only live well if you feel well. and I can only do so much but I will do my best to ensure you at least sleep well! š«

nearby church bells went off at the 6 minute mark and sounded cool with the video. I think they are for Thanksgiving bc Iām not sure why church bells would go off at 9:30AM EST on a Thursday.
