Sorry to hear that this winter has been so tough. Glad spring is finally starting!
I have both ADHD and Autism, so your comments on RSD were very relatable. I don't have a good suggestion for this, I try to reframe things, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
I will offer a suggestion that worked for me on trauma, but obviously your mileage may vary. I first had to find a practice that allowed me to reach a state of inner peace. Pick whatever practice works for you. Once in this state of peace, I purposely trigger myself into the relevant trauma. Sometimes by going to a place that triggers me, sometimes I have to get more creative. I then re-experience the old memory, and all the feelings that come up, while I maintain that inner peace to the best of my ability, underneath all of the emotion. The more I can hang on to that peace while re-experiencing everything, the less hold the trauma has over me in the future.
In order for this to work, I have to stay in my body, otherwise I just become triggered. Again, use whatever practice works for you.
Also, I take L-Theanine supplements with my morning caffeine, and at night an hour before bedtime. I find this very helpful with managing anxiety.
I hope this helps. Looking forward to the new video!
