Added 2022-04-04 02:56:56 +0000 UTCdo you enjoy being hypnotized? falling asleep in a matter of minutes? what about gently splashing water, close up writing, counting, breathy whispering or intense ear to ear panning? if you answered yes to any of these things, this video is for you. a special hypnotherapy session written for the nightmare sufferers among you lulls you to sleep while feeding your brain with affirmations targeted at letting go of fear and stress for a sublime night's sleep and now becomes your secret weapon against insomnia and bad dreams. there's not much more to say - I wrote it with the best of intentions to help you relax and unwind and recorded the entire session, true to tradition, with my zoom binaural mic. I plan to continue the hypnotherapy series in the future with themes around self-worth and anxiety. if you can think of any issues you'd like me to address in a future hypnosis roleplay, do let me know.
