this is the background for my next hypnotherapy session. I did a quick brainstorm on my discord server and instantly got two requests from you guys for a hypnotherapy session for nightmares. today, I finally finished writing the script. it was a long time coming, as right about in the middle I realized I have no idea what to say to someone to get rid of nightmares... and I am not, in fact, a licensed hypnotherapist... which is ironic because this was, in fact, the "easy" project I was going to throw out there while I work on more labor intensive, big boy productions that have been hitting me with walls I couldn't figure out how to climb. so now I'm sitting on 4 half baked videos and a bunch I haven't even started yet. this will be the first one out since it's near completion. I made it work by addressing anything I could think of that can cause nightmares for somebody and bumping it up with affirmations targeted at the root chakra (fear). abundant ASMR triggers (writing, water sounds, counting, personal attention) should put you right at ease. hope this is something you can look forward to
