π summer in missouri π
Added 2021-09-28 06:14:26 +0000 UTCas summer is coming to an end, I want to commemorate this magical chapter of my life with a photo set. these are all photos I took this summer which I think capture the unique charm of my state. an hommage to my new home.
so much of it is wild and untamed. down to earth, yet lively. fields of wild flowers and sunsets that drown the whole state. spirits dancing in the air and geese hanging out in a starbucks parking lot. I made beautiful memories here, met beautiful people and have hilarious stories to tell thanks to this entire state's general state of weirdness. missouri has been good to me and I hope these pictures will serve as a glimpse into this magical place.

Ah, my old college town! And now my daughter's! Missouri is my homeland (although I'm technically a Kansan now, living a few thousand feet from the border) and I am glad you have found a home here. Missouri is flawed, like all of us, and she's hard to love at times. But I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.
