Just dropping in to keep my beloved ValuedListeners™ informed on what is in the works here at Swindled Corp. I’m trying to be more transparent these days so you don’t feel so abandoned. Trust me, I know what that’s like (fuck you, Dad). Anyway.
Coming soon:
- Season 8 (obviously). VERY excited about the topic selection so far. As usual, there will be a mix of popular requests and lesser-known cases. I’m spending more time in the preliminary phases to keep it interesting for myself. Variety is the spice of life. The premiere date will be announced soon.
- Valuable News for ValuedListeners™ #10. This one will be a lot of fun if I’m able to accomplish everything I envision. Stay tuned for that.
- Bonus episodes. I’ve been cleaning out my closet. There have been unfinished/abandoned/forgotten episodes over the years that I’m planning to revisit just to rid my conscience. Those will be dropping throughout the year.
- BEST MERCH GIVEAWAY OF ALL TIME. Okay, that might be overselling it a bit but it will include ValuedReader #4 and a couple of other goodies. As well as an opportunity to pick up the previous ValuedReaders. A formal sign up link will be posted in a few weeks for those who qualify. The rest of you will have an opportunity to upgrade to avoid missing out.
- Deformr’s Swindled soundtrack will be available for purchase on vinyl soon. This took way longer than expected. Taylor Swift releases multiple versions of every album which keeps the record pressing plants backed up for years at a time. But we finally have it in our hands and it is really cool. Keep an eye out for that.
