https://flip.it/Q.sIs2 In another text he wrote about dealing with decaying bodies before he appears to give a dinner order. “I want to take a shower as soon as I get back because while I was making the transfer, I got people juice on me. Want the double cheeseburger, lettuce, wrapped with everything minus tomatoes, please,” the text said according to Clark.

Sure, but the issue here, again, is systemic. As bad as my country can be (and it can), the law simply deprives us of the crucial freedom to sell or buy any corpse or dead body part of any person. Let alone to do it as a side business to a funeral home.

I have great news for you! Bad things and bad people exist everywhere :)

Emily P

let me come to your country please...lol

Christina G

Thank you for reminding me once again how grateful I am for not having been born in the land of the free

Marika Langot

I agree. Music was perfect this time -- noticable and enhancing but not so loud this time that it distracts from ACC's voice.

Michelle Hebert

Great episode. One of the creepiest for sure. What a cold person

Alivia Hunt

This is definitely one of your best

Robyn Holliday

Another great one! You keep out doing yourself! The overall production quality has really improved the last few episodes too. Keep up the fantastic work!

Josh Acton

ok.. chilled to the bone. pun intended 🥺

Chuck Aronson

shit… ffs this is not an easy one. as always perfectly presented.. but dear god wtf

Chuck Aronson

“Megan Hess, on the other (unidentified) hand, wasn’t offering much information…” Hah! 😂

After every break, ACC never fails to deliver a banger of an episode! This one was especially brutal to listen to. I was mouth wide open at the 17 min mark and my gosh it only got worse.

Mahogany Scales

Can't enter the world and can't leave it without someone making a buck. Literally the lowest of the low on display here. Ghastly return, ACC! Also, deformr's music at the beginning of the intro story and beginning of the main story were magnificent. Maintained a haunting theme throughout the episode.

In my working days as a baggage handler I can honestly say I never came across a bag of bloody heads & for that I am extremely grateful!! What a horrifying episode!

Jane Blackbird

Imagine going through the grieving process for a loved one and getting completely traumatized all over again by these people. Also, the funeral service industry is pretty lucrative without the horrific side dealings. Just greed

james

Thanks again for another poignant episode that has left me utterly speechless. The level of detachment that these people had to have is unimaginable.

Jenn

"I had to remember to stop cutting"... Damn son that is some cold-blooded stuff.

sucriC drawkcaB

Superbly presented yet horrifying episode. Those poor unsuspecting families. I can’t imagine. Might be rethinking my final arrangement wishes. Fun to hear my voice at the end of the episode as well. SO glad to have you back!

Anna Z

This one definitely earns the content warning at the start - absolutely horrifying stuff.

Dom Light

Excellent episode once again. Hope you got some rest during your break!

Alyssa Stuart

Daaaaaamn! Intense... Crazy sh!t

Heaven Lansdell

Weirdly I was doing ok until the 46 minute mark. Jesus God.

I think ACC sees his work as a righteous mission to hold evildoers accountable and to expose the flaws in our society that allow so many corrupt and greedy azzholes to get away with hurting people for many years. God bless ACC for this work. He's a good man from Austin. Sort of makes up for the lecherous dirt bag Alex Jones, who is also from Austin.

Michelle Hebert

Good thing I'm in medicine -- never would have been able to eat dinner and listen to this at the same time otherwise. Beware: these (the prequel and the main episode) are not for the squeamish.

Michelle Hebert

I don't often comment, but god this was a heavy one. I've gotten emotional over episodes before but this beats The Inferno for the level of how viscerally hard this one is hitting me. The absolute depravity and audacity of megan hess and her business practices is astonishing, and her arrogant refusal to answer questions in the court excerpt makes me deeply angry, an utter ghoul of a person. Thank you for the episodes, I have no idea how you decompress from researching them, especially something on this scale, so all I can do is wish you well.

Haydn

So happy you are back!!!!

SerialplanningwithKen

Yayyyyyy

Brianna Sibley

Woohoo!! Been hoping for a notification!! Made my day, acc! I’ll go listen now 🤣

Chuck Aronson

I'll be honest, I didn't expect you back so soon.
