New Release - v0.3.3rc3.dev

I just pushed out v0.3.3rc3.dev if anyone is interested in trying it out. It's got several new features: multi-cam support, external camera support, rendering overlays, enhanced error detection, etc... But it needs a bit more testing.
If you are running 0.3.3rc2, you can update through the software plugin via the Devel RCs release channel, or you can use the plugin manager and update from this link: https://github.com/FormerLurker/Octolapse/archive/v0.3.3rc3.dev.zip
