Expanded Release: Encounter Builder 0.1.1

We've decided to open up the Encounter Builder to bronze tier now, instead of waiting for the next release.
The recent changes to the D&D 5e Foundry system have bumped a new version of the Conversion Tools and Fancy Compendia way up the priority list, and we didn't want to further delay our bronze patrons getting access to the Encounter Builder. It's already been delayed enough by the holidays and the arrival of a new baby 👶
You can definitely expect a new version of the Encounter Builder soon, complete with the long-awaited encounter management functionality, but the (currently broken) Conversion Tools and Fancy Compendia are going to be worked on first.
