No, William (Scully's baby) wasn't born yet. This spinoff happened during season 8, and ended before season 9 started. This is not a favorite episode of mine. Definately one of the weaker ones. I love funny, I love silly, but now we do fartjokes? Come on. Yes, Chris Carter wrote this one as a reference to Bill Clinton. But I hope they get back into the bigger conspiracies, and the little bit more X-filish stuff. ๐
