Interesting that you mentioned the set with the ship. I'm pretty sure it's the same one "Wayward Sisters" was filmed on too.

Better than the struggles, not perfect though. On the other hand, I was a bit disappointed, that the episode took this route, cause Ghouli really seemed to be a creepy monster for a nice horror MOTW. Not a lot to say about this ep. But listening to your "The lost art of forehead sweat" analysis again, I wanna say one thing. Even though I really enjoy some of these episodes, I realize again, that the overall revival experience is a bit disappointing to me. When I watched it for the first time, I was full of the excitement of someone who is going to meet a good old friend, he hasn't spoken to for ages. But then you realize how much time has passed, and that this good old friend changed to an extend, that makes you feel kinda alienated. And then this good old friend says goodbye again, but this time forever. It is kinda depressing. And after all I'm not sure if we really needed this revival, or if we should have gone with Scully's "I want to remember it how it was." On the other hand I think it was a good decision to let the show end with Mulder and Scully as an FBI team, while ending the William storyline. Seasons 8,9 and the second movie weren't capable of that. So....I have very mixed feelings about this whole thing. Talking about "The lost art of forehead sweat": There were fans saying they would have liked it, if the show ended with this ep. Strange to think about a meta selfparody episode as a series finale, but I kinda get it. 😄 5 episodes to go. 😕
