The biggest issue I have with the Benny/Sam stuff is that, look how fast Sam came around once he actually got to meet Benny and spend some time with him! Dean kept Benny from Sam, lied about him to Sam, and said some really cruel things to Sam about Benny. All Sam needed was to be able to see things for himself, to meet Benny and make the judgement himself. The reason this all went down like this is more on Dean, than it is on Sam, but because Sam acts on the very little information he gets from Dean, and honestly, the very harsh way it is delivered, he gets all the blame for not liking Benny, or not immediately taking Dean's word for it. I think if Dean had been honest from day one, Sam would have been okay with Benny a lot faster, and been a lot more supportive and helpful towards him and Dean. But Dean choosing to keep them separate created that divide between Sam and Benny

You know, I always wondered if the reason Crowley was able to get Bobby in Hell was because of his legs. After he and the boys undo the deal to get Bobby's soul back, and we see Crowley lifting the contract from Bobby's skin, Bobby says to "leave in the bit about the legs", which Crowley does without complaint. I wonder if, because part of the deal was left in place, Crowley still had a claim to Bobby's soul and was able to use that claim to have the reapers bring him to Hell. It would explain why Crowley didn't object or complain about it and just did it without comment, because he knew he would still end up winning. This is just a personal headcanon but that always made the most sense to me

I always wondered why Crowley changed Hell back a little bit into its original state. It makes sense with theory of why Demons got weaker, that Demons need Hell to be more extreme to grow stronger and lose their humanity of course.
