The latter. It was a reference to the battle against Ebony Maw in Infinity War.

Lol, “Back to the Future rules.” As valid as anything!

Sometime after the world was destroyed in the other timeline, Future Yo-Yo was hunted down and killed by the Kree. Wanting information on SHIELD and to extract her Inhuman DNA for his experiments, Kasius would use Kree blood to revive her like he did with Tess, and interrogate her, which is how he knows parts of SHIELD's history. When he no longer had a use for her, he would kill Yo-Yo and put her in stasis until he needed her to be revived again, hence why she hasn't aged. By the time she is seen, Future Yo-Yo's mind has been broken due to the number of times she has died and been resurrected across seventy decades. To answer your question, no. There is no more time traveling this season. The goal is to prevent that future from happening. Also, that part at 41:38. No, the gravitonium isn’t leaking. It’s a clever easter egg to Talbot’s new codename. In the comics, Franklin Hall, the one who fell into the Gravitonium, became an Avenger level supervillain called Graviton. The showrunners had planned for Hall to become Graviton in Season 1, but due to changes that had to be made to accommodate the Hydra reveal, this plot line got shelved. In the comics, Talbot and Graviton are two unrelated characters, which makes this reveal quite a twist.

"I've giving up trying to guess." That's good! You won't be disappointed when what you expected to happen doesn't happen.

(Could also be a setup for Infinity War)

What was going on in New York was Luke Cage, Daredevil, Iron Fist, Punisher and Jessica Jones.
