Either way, I don't see any reason why there couldn't be two teams for this mission, one to find a lead to get Coulson, and to get this Hydra weapon before Hale got to it. In doing so, Daisy's actions are leading everyone to pick a side based on the information they have, which is going to fracture some relationships. Like Deke said, Daisy is at her worst in this season, and she is not fit to be leading the team right now.

Coulson most of the time listens to advice from others. Sometimes he goes against it and those were the times that he was too emotional to think clearly.
I think Issac is definitely right about how Daisy is putting a child in danger just because she is not happy with Fitz.
Shield Agents risking themselves or their teammates lives is way better then risking a little girl and her mother.
Being at risk is part of being a shield agent's job. It is irresponsible to bring them out of hiding for this before doing another option first.

On your last point, I tend to disagree with that, as Coulson was always quite ready to slap down members of his team when they didn't fall into his way of thinking. In fact he did it earlier on in this season when he refused to countenance the fact that Daisy didn't want to risk the future by having the inhibitor removed.

This is perhaps the most controversial season in the show, as everyone is doing some questionable things, even it is for noble reasons.
While I get your position on everyone disregarding Daisy's orders, I will say this. Daisy has this mind set of "I'm leading us to Coulson so he can get his job back." She is so focused on Coulson that she is disregarding her team's advice and suggestions to actually solve the problem in stopping Hale. I mean, she is the one who gave the "pieces solving a puzzle" speech. Simmons had a solid lead on this Hydra weapon that could create the infamous Destroyer of Worlds, thus preventing the post apocalyptic future, but Daisy instead chooses to risk bringing an innocent Inhuman girl who doesn't provide the clearest of answers to the questions they ask her. Yes, it worked out in the end, but now she has put her and Polly at risk.
And if the team is rebelling like this, that is reflection on Daisy's skills as a leader. Coulson wouldn't be disregarding his teammates when they have solutions to the problem.

My take on the "Invincible Duo" thing (not a Trio as some fans like to make it out to be as Fitz is only along for the ride) is that what Simmons and Yo-Yo believe isn't as important as why they believe it. For me, at it's core, it's a result of the layers and layers of repressed trauma that they have been continually experiencing since the middle of season four. Something had to give at some point. And this is that point.

The gravitonium doesn't hate Coulson, it's the people inside it.

Also loops can exists in the MCU as well. Ms. Marvel as an example and in Loki

It wasn't really a case of bringing back Raina and Quinn for the post credit scene - they repurposed a deleted scene from S1 that hadn't been previously released (also, IIRC, Quinn's actor had retired from acting by this point, so they wouldn't have been able to get both of them back).
Something else to bear in mind is that the time travel 'rules' for the MCU were only established in Endgame - at the time this aired (pre Infinity War), how time travel works within the MCU wasn't yet defined. The evidence we have thus far (from within AoS itself) is that if you see the future, that's the future - all of Raina's S2 visions came true, as did Charles' (Robin's father) in S3, so it makes sense that at least some of the characters believe that time is fixed

Lol this episode is crazy but I wanted to clear somethings up for you.
The consciousness inside the Gravitonum belongs to Ian Quinn who we saw get sucked up by it in the post credit scene. this happened at the end of season 1 when they left Garrett.
Also it has Franklin Hall who Coulson dropped into the Gravitonum in 1x3 to save his team and the people on the island from dying. https://youtu.be/-WMrPL7kQcg?si=p3ckfynF2LGklltk
The reason it hated Coulson is because both men hated Coulson. Franklin also hated Quinn so that is why he absorbed him.
The team is definitely divided and I completely understand your frustrations with the time logic.
But ultimately they want to use their "invincibility" to risk going on a mission to stop Hale from getting the machine that strucker created.
Their (Simmons and Yoyo) logic is that if they die in this mission then they break the loop which would be true because the loop technically relies on alot of shield actions to even repeat like Fitzsimmons designing the machine in the future etc and yoyo telling herself about the future.
They would be stopping the timeline from repeating by dying though not necessarily Saving the timeline which they are trying to do by getting the machine.
So to them it is a win win situation.
