It was the best of times and it was the worst of times. It was the best of times because we had made it too 100 eps and ABC and Marvel were actually making an effort to promote the show; it was the worst of times because an entertainment journalist at the time let it be known that ABC had instructed the show's writers to write the season five finale as if it were the series finale, because the show was probably going to be cancelled. The stress that accumulated over the ten weeks between 5x12 and 5x22 still hurts me.
