Minor Update 12/18: Moved The X-Files Wrap Up to Friday to accommodate Emily's schedule.

Happy Holidays, everyone! November was a rough one. My SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) on top of the election results was a really terrible combination, but I'm hoping this month will be smoother.
As previously stated, Supernatural 7x6 was added to mitigate the large gap between episodes 2 & 10. I have also added 7x15 to bridge 12 & 17. Season 8 poll this month!
The end of The X-Files initial run is also this month. Can't wait for the movie and new season in January!

OK I got it, I looked at the original schedule I received via E-Mail. Looks like TXF should be on schedule.

2024-12-13 20:42:44 +0000 UTCHappy Holidays! Have you ever tried a light therapy lamp for S.A.D.? They can be very effective and are not too expensive. I don't have S.A.D. but I have an acquired brain injury and use a blue light therapy lamp which helps with that. Through researching that I learnt about light therapy in general.
