Now we’re onto the second half of the season. Boy it’s a ride, just you wait. And again, don’t worry. The time loop stuff is very confusing right now, but all will be revealed down the line.

She NEEDS them to save the lighthouse in the Future regardless of them going back to the past. If they fail at saving Earth in the past they at least keep Humans from going Extinct from Kasius in the future. That is why Enoch gets involved. Yes the act of taking them also eventually leads to that result but from Old Robin perspective that result has already happened so she is just saving her people on cracked earth not the people in the past. She expects Shield to figure out how to stop it when they go back and she saw a better future for them so she knows it is possible but if they fail Humanity as a whole will still survive. Now 5x8 and 5x9 has important info about Yoyo. We see her go to fight the kree in Robin flashback. That is when they took her. May warns her about her eventual fate but she already knows and no longer cares because Mack is gone and they failed to save the world. She rather go out fighting then waiting for it to happen. In 5x9 Kasius knows her by name when he first sees her with Mack. That is when he realizes he has her future self and can use her.
