I highly recommend Media Buzzkill's The Fiction of Free Will: The Supernatural Video Essay and my favorite, The Evolution of Destiel: A Video Essay. The Fiction of Free Will is such a good take on the show as a whole, and I wholeheartedly agree with her that we the fans that most love the show, are the most critical of it. I found her takeaways though tough but in an objectively loving, kinda way, if that makes sense. The Evolution of Destiel is her take on the DeanCas relationship throughout the 4 showrunners, broken into their eras: Kripke's, Gamble's, Carver's, and Dabb's. IMO, hers is the best narration on this relationship of all those that I found on YouTube. Both videos are about 50 minutes long, and the two videos are kinda related. Part 1 is the Evolution and Part 2 is The Fiction of Free Will. I found myself rewatching these two videos multiple times over and over again. https://www.youtube.com/@mediabuzzkill/videos

We'll have January - March with no conventions as well, so you can catch up in that time before JIB! But you might want to watch the Wales con which has Jensen and Danneel!
