Nope the woman is not the same one that changed Scully's pills. And we haven't seen the leader of this UFO cult previously either. He might slightly remind you of "Absalom" but no, different guy. Enjoyable reaction, and convoluted story yes indeed.

2024-09-13 21:51:58 +0000 UTCI think it might be important to know, that at this point, they still thought that the series would continue after season 9. They are clearly not working towards a series finale. They do a lot of built up for further seasons.

2024-09-13 10:25:12 +0000 UTCI totally feel your confusion. It's not that I don't like that twoparter, I like the suspense and the topic, but do I fully enjoy it? Nah. This one is a good example for the mytharc going down after season 6. It's just sloppy writing, full of unfinished ideas and plotholes. By the way, William can't be in "The lone gunmen". The gunmen series ended, before season 9 even startet. But yeah, that would have been nice.
