Today we have for you another update with additional balance changes, some economy tweaks, several bug fixes and updated roster for another Sima!

- Additional unit balancing.

- Several unit card fixes.

- Various balance changes to unit costs and upkeep.

- Minor AI diplomacy tweaks adn the way it offers certain deals based on friendly/unfriendly status.

- Fortification stance provides minor bonus to unit replenishment.

- Craftsmen unique resource buildings now properly providing weapons and armors.

5 Brand new units for Sima Wei:

Chu Guardians - requires general rank 5.

Chu Swordsmen - requires general rank 4.

Chu Brotherhood - requires general rank 4.

Chu Royal Overseers - requires general rank 5.

Chu Noble Cavalry - requires general rank 5.

Our mod has now 109 custom units in total!
