UPD: Other users helped me with instructions! If you want to connect to our Discord server, you need to go to your patreon membership and click the connect to the discord, if your patreon is already linked to the discord you might need to disconnect then reconnect discord to patreon again, so it register with our sever.
I've also added some custom LW emojis there!
A big update to the rewards! I made a private Discord server for patrons. I'm a bit lost in Discord, but seems like it's working now, and I think you should have received an invite already (if I set up the patreon bot the right way lol).
