2024-04-29 22:07:35 +0000 UTCSuch a fun video! I was also excited for you to get to this episode, it's one of my absolute favourites. I agree it is definitely super odd though that Mulder takes it upon himself to test her ova and some of that first scene feels like a repeat of stuff they told us in season 5 (even though the audience probably needed it in season 8). It does really feel like there's a change in their relationship through the episode too from the awkward but cute will you be the father of my baby scene to the end where it feels like two people who are involved. I loved Emily's reaction to what Mulder's last line implies about their relationship too.
