Yeah, part of it was because they didn't know if they'd do a second season and then the pandemic didn't help matters!

2024-03-04 17:11:16 +0000 UTCI didn't realise the long wait between seasons was because of the pandemic until relatively recently. I personally hadn't expected to get a season two so when the announcement finally came I didn't think about why it had been so long. I was just really excited that we would get a second season.
