No you were right, Wade was the same guy that showed up last time, he just wasn't necessary as "pro-earth" as you initially assumed. It'll continue to unfold :)

2023-12-18 02:59:28 +0000 UTCRe-watching the series with you has made me realize that seasons 3 & 4 have a few episodes where nothing big happens but pieces are being moved around to set up things. This was one of those episodes. Garibaldi has made some new friends, Ivanova has the broadcasts going, and Sheridan spoke to G'Kar and Londo about helping out.
