AoS is so good at the cliff hangers. But they also don't drag things out. Answers are coming.

Him not wearing his suits and tie anymore is a sign of shredding the company man identity he had the last two seasons. He no longer is acting like fury. He learn from last seasons mistakes and he is sharing information with everyone for the greater good.
