One of my favorites. Very enjoyable reaction, too. IMO a terrific sequel to season two's "Irresistible". Fans have actually been online-fighting for years even after the series ended a long time ago, whether the decision to have Scully kill Donnie Pfaster the way she did was good or bad. I have zero issues with it personally. I take it as a greater force working through her, to stop someone who traumatized her, showed zero remorse, and would've killed again and again if given the chance. Also, the "demon morph" here is actually in continuity with the prequel, as in that episode both Scully and Donnie's former boss see him as a demon during some moments. I don't think he is actually meant to be a supernatural demon, but just someone extremely evil. He is evil on another level, to the point where certain individuals (perhaps with some heightened awareness?) are able to see his "true" nature, one which is demonic, although not really supernatural.
