Oh man ... that SDCC panel was such a waterwork for me, especially when the three talked about the show and what it meant for them ... Yeah, Alex's Q&A section in the panel contained spoilers for S15 - the big one to me was about when Jack would be back if I am not wrong ... I remembered that for the first time ever about the show, I finally got one speculation right and it was about "Jack" due to how Alex worded his answers ... I had later deduced that "Jack" with the shade from the promo photos was not our Jack ... instead, he was a reanimation of one of the escaped souls scattered from the S14 finale, and that shades were due to the burnt-out eyes ... and from Bobo Berens interviews which revealed that the zombies were not actually zombies but reanimated corpses *he went into THAT specific detail there* .... and that was how Alex came to be “not Jack” in the first episode was not a surprise for me ... it was such a bummer ...
