How do you feel about F1's 2026 Canadian GP clashing with the Indy 500?
Added 2025-06-10 09:24:59 +0000 UTCWe're used to the Monaco Grand Prix and Indianapolis 500 being on the same day, but at least they didn't overlap.
Now in the 2026 F1 calendar, the Canadian GP's new slot means it's set for a direct time clash with the Indy 500.

I understand the annoyance, but this year Indycar stuck a race up against Le Mans and the likes of Palou can't do Le Mans this year so I feel that if Indycar doesn't care about clashes why should any other series?

2025-06-11 10:40:10 +0000 UTCGreat point made by Hinch on his podcast: TV viewership of the GP in North America will suffer because most fans will choose to watch the 500. That seems to go against Liberty's goal of growing the US audience.
