The Drazi at the bar, again Kim Strauss. "Droshalla, whose light fills the world!" And yeah, NOT a good sign that Londo saw NOTHING. The Centauri ship definitely put their own peoples' lives at great risk. Figure with 250,000 approximate peeps on the station, between 12K and 25K (5%-10%) of them are of any one of the dozen or so major races of the League.
Mr. Lance is really just a dupe. A man who thinks he is doing good for his world but can't see the snakes in the grass. Also not a good sign that there are Nightwatch peeps in C and C, and in security besides just Zack.
This episode has everything. Intrigue, tension, betrayal, surprises, and space shit! A great finale to a great season. Now recall your reaction to S2 ep1 LOL... "Nuh-uhhh!" "Nooo!!!" "Whyyyy!?!?" Well, how do you feel now? Not quite "Jeffrey WHO?" but you've accepted John-boy completely.

When the network said they wanted a fighter pilot type character, JMS, who hates those characters, decided right then and there to kill him off. Props for doing it in a way that has an impact on the story.
Do we know what Kosh really looks like? Do we?
One outtake when the drazi asks Londo what he saw has Peter Jurasik saying, "I tawt I taw a putty tat! I did!"

So much relevance in this episode still today sadly. A superb finish to the excellent Season 2.

The shopkeeper was spreading misinformation and hate speech, so they canceled him. Also, the "peace in our time" quote was a reference to the 1938 Munich pact with Nazi Germany.
